I don't know what to say except that you have restored my faith in mankind. If anyone reads the reviews on Ozark Computer Works, you can believe every word you read. I read several and never ran across a negative review. I don't even know where to begin. These guys are honest, informative and courteous. They check out your machine and then explain your options and let you pick your own poison. No pressure, and when you decide what YOU want, they take care of it as quick as possible. In my case it was a one day deal. Best of all is that everything they do is at a very reasonable $$$$ PRICE. My laptop is five years old and I thought it was done for. It would have cost me around twelve to fourteen hundred dollars to replace it. They checked it out and to get it up and running, repair it and do some upgrades, and a tuneup was just a small fraction of that and it runs better than when I first purchased it. I can't believe you retrieved all of my husbands smashed iPhone data. Everywhere else told us they couldn't do anything for us. It is like nothing happened. I even put a bow on it. He thought it was Christmas!!

Absolutely awesome.
"None compare to
Ozark Computer Works.
This past summer I spilled a beverage on my laptop. I wiped it
off and continued using it with no problem. When I shut it off,
it never came back on. I was very upset because I keep all my
documents, pictures, and music on it. I am always so careful not
to get a virus by avoiding unsecured websites, and THIS happens!
I couldn't afford a new laptop, so he recommended I purchase a
used one. Several discussions later, we agreed on the type and
matched one with my needs. I'm not a "gamer" (whatever that is).
The service tech took my recently purchased used laptop and
stripped it down to nothing, I was so worried because my new
purchase was so SLOW. He recovered all my files from the ruined
hard drive and copied them onto the new one. He increased the
speed, added some anti-virus and spyware programs, and even put
my desktop icons back on exactly where they were!
He was so funny, kind and patient with me.
The best part is, he spoke to me in plain English I could
understand (layman terms) and treated me with utmost respect.
I definitely recommend their service and will not use another
company.

" I called Ozark computer works at 5pm on a Friday with a major virus problem. He shows up a little after 6 pm but had to take my computer back to his office to remove the viruses properly. By noon Saturday he was finished and my computer was back to normal. Actually even quicker than it was. They didn't charge me an arm and a leg either. In fact, I didn't even get charged for travel like some others would do. I highly recommend this company. 5 stars all the way."
